SuperM Spreads Positive Vibes with New Single for Prudential's 'We DO' campaign

“Spreading positive energy and working hard for what we love…that’s what #WeDO,” says Mark on SuperM’s new single in collaboration with Prudential Corporation Asia. The K-Pop phenomenon joins Asia’s leading insurance company to make wellness fun through dance with “We DO.” The dynamic new single reinvents retro disco byways of futuristic sonic layers.

“We DO” and the accompanying visual come as part of the Prudential x SuperM “We DO Well Together” campaign in efforts to encourage people across Asia to lead healthier lifestyles and to advocate for mental wellbeing.

“We don’t do average. #WeDO awesome, together,” said Baekhyun. Embodying the “We DO” spirit, SuperM aptly exemplifies the determination and optimism in today’s generation. “#WeDO everything to become better versions of ourselves,” Taeyong adds.

“Prudential and SuperM share a common goal. We want to promote the importance of staying fit and healthy, especially during these times,” said Nic Nicandrou, Prudential Corporation Asia Chief Executive.

Treasured by legions of fans around the world, SM Entertainment and Capitol Music Group’s K-Pop supergroup made its historic debut in 2019. Combining seven SM artists from well-established K-Pop groups, SuperM includes SHINee‘s TAEMIN, EXO‘s BAEKHYUN and KAI, NCT‘s TAEYONG and MARK, and WayV‘s LUCAS and TEN. With their 2019 debut EP, SuperM: The 1st Mini Album, SuperM topped the Billboard 200 and World Albums charts, topped the World Digital Song Sales with “Jopping,” and made its debut at No. 1 on the Artist 100 chart. Last year, Marvel announced to expand into K-pop culture with the launch of “K-Pop Hero & MARVEL Hero Encounter,” a limited-edition collection featuring SuperM members as heroes.

SuperM has consistently exercised its good influence to help actively campaign for significant causes. Last October, SuperM was the only K-Pop act to participate in the World Health Organization’s (WHO) “The Big Event for Mental Health,” which saw the group perform “Better Days” to help raise awareness on mental health and self-care.

Additionally, the group was the only K-Pop act to support Global Citizen’s ‘Recovery Plan for The World’ campaign to raise funds for resources to overcome COVID-19. This year, SuperM has once again partnered with Global Citizen and is set to perform in the multi-hour global event Global Citizen LIVE on September 25, 2021. Global Citizen LIVE is supported by Live Nation, SM Entertainment Group, the Sydney Opera House, Access Bank, and more.
