- Sidewalk Prophets have released their anticipated album 'The Things That Got Us Here.'
Sidewalk Prophets have dropped their anticipated album The Things That Got Us Here via Curb | Word Entertainment. The album was postponed from its original date due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The Things That Got Us Here has taken on new meaning in our lives since the beginning of the year,” shares frontman Dave Frey. “The world is faced with so many uncertainties and hardships, and so are each of our hearts. There are so many ‘things’ that have brought us all to this moment of our lives. We hope this album will be used to provide some joy and lasting hope for anyone that listens.”
The band will be livestreaming their awaited historic sold-out Ryman Auditorium concert on July 9. Originally, Sidewalk Prophets invited their “Great Big Family” to experience the gift of an exclusive free album preview and live performance at one of Nashville’s most revered venues, but have made the event livestream-only due to social distancing rules and COVID-19 concerns. The show will stream via Facebook Live on July 9 at 7 p.m. CST.
Sidewalk Prophets recently announced a virtual tour that will include 3D elements while performing live during each date.
The Things That Got Us Here is now available on music streaming platforms.
