Kids welcomed the Princes of K-pop on the set of ODG to chat about the established and successful career of SHINee since their debut in 2008. While the four kids next to Onew, Minho, Key, and Taemin were born much later after their debut, they quickly became captivated by each hit song across the group’s catalog, such as “Replay,” “Ring Ding Dong,” “Lucifer,” “Sherlock,” “Juliette” and more. Together with the kids’ wonder and honest interactions, the members had the opportunity to sit and reminisce of memories from the beginning, consider their personal growth throughout the years, and laugh alongside the new generation at the peculiar hairstyles and overall looks from their youth.
Last month, SHINee made their long-awaited comeback since 2018 with their seventh studio album, Don’t Call Me. With the new offering, the group shares a fresh perspective and continuous reinvention of their sonic landscape across a nine-track collection that includes the lead single “Don’t Call Me.” Upon its release, the album peaked No. 1 on iTunes charts around the world, including in the U.S., Canada, and the UK, and topped major weekly album charts in Korea, China, and Japan.
