It’s a family affair. Latin superstar Ricardo Montaner has released a new song “Amén” along with his kids Mau y Ricky, Evaluna Montaner, and her husband, the Grammy-nominated, Camilo. An accompanying music video directed by the matriarch of the family, Marlene Rodríguez Miranda was released bringing together the warm message in time for Christmas.
“Amén” is a timely song that calls for reflecting and looking to God in times of trouble. The patriarch said, “sentimos que esta canción es una forma de desahogo, de necesaria reflexión y de amor que sana.” The song meant to have a cathartic release to meditate on true love. Bringing together each person’s signature styles, the song creates a personal moment for everyone who listens.
The track marks the first time the family works together on one project. Ricardo Montaner had previously released a song “La Gloria De Dios” with Evaluna in 2012.
“Amén” is now available on music streaming platforms.
