Lily Collins and Daveed Diggs to Announce the 27th Annual SAG Awards Nominations

Lily Collins (Emily in Paris, MANK) and Daveed Diggs (Snowpiercer, BLINDSPOTTING, The Good Lord Bird) will announce the nominees for the 27th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Thursday, February 4 on an Instagram Live beginning at 8 a.m. PT.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the SAG Awards have adapted to new ways to carry the show on. The SAG Awards is utilizing the innovation that social media channels like Instagram have achieved in providing an accessible platform for people to share their stories and stay up-to-date with current events. SAG Awards’ aim is to create an authentic connection with their audience by reinventing the Nominations Announcement into a seamless, virtual experience for both the nominees and fans.

Nominations will be kicked off at 7:50 a.m. PT on @sagawards’ Instagram Stories with an introduction by SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris. Nominations for the Outstanding Action Performances by Television and Film ensembles will follow. The annual stunt honors will be announced by SAG Awards Committee members Jason George (Station 19) and Elizabeth McLaughlin (Grand Hotel).
