- Knott's Berry Farm has launched the 'Knott's Taste of Calico' event which will allow guests to stroll Ghost Town and try unique foods.
UPDATE 7/21/20: Knott’s Berry Farm has added more dates with extended hours on July 24-26, July 31-Aug. 2, and Aug. 7-9. Fridays and Saturdays extended hours from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m., & Sundays from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
While the theme park is still closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Knott’s Berry Farm is launching Knott’s Taste of Calico as a way for fans to enjoy strolling through one of the most iconic parts of the park.
The Knott’s Taste of Calico is a ticketed event that will feature all-new, limited-time outdoor food, and retail experiences. Guests will be able to walk through the streets of Calico and be able to try unique boysenberry specialties, visit local crafters, and shop at Knott’s unique stores. Available for six days, the event will be able to give fans who have been missing the theme park a chance to visit and try the foods Knott’s is known for.
Guests wanting to attend must purchase a tasting card. Regular (ages 12+) tasting cards are $25 and include 5 tastings and junior (ages 3-11) tasting cards are $15 and include 3 tastings. Guests with season passes are able to get tasting cards at a discounted price. Children 2 and under will be able to enter for free. Only one tasting card, per person, per entrance, will be allowed. Tasting cards must be purchased in advance due to limited capacity.
The rest of the theme park and rides, including Ghostrider, will remain closed. There is no reopening date for when it will completely reopen. The California Marketplace will continue to operate with no tickets required.
