Justin Bieber made his CMA debut after joining Dan + Shay for an intimate acoustic performance of their chart-topping single “10,000 Hours” on Wednesday evening from the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
The country duo announced Wednesday that the love song had hit 500 million streams on Spotify and 1.3 billion streams across all platforms since its release in October 2019. The single peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became the first non-holiday country song to debut among the top ten since 2013.
“10,000 Hours” earned three nominations at this year’s CMA Awards, including Single of the Year. Hosted by Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker, this year’s CMAs find Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Luke Combs, and Keith Urban lead the nominations that include Entertainer of the Year.
