HBO Max has unveiled the dates for the second wave of original programming after its May 27 launch.

The second wave of programming will begin to release on June 18 with the kid’s series Karma by GoodStory Entertainment and continue releases throughout the summer.

The acquired Seth Rogen film, An American Pickle, will premiere on August 6. Release dates have been set for the previously announced Expecting Amy and The House of Ho which centers around patriarch Binh Ho, matriarch Hue Ho, their daughter Judy Ho, their son Washington Ho and his wife Lesley Ho, Aunt Tina, and Cousin Sammy and their humble beginnings as immigrants from Vietnam to building a multimillion-dollar bank, a real estate development company, and a new generation of American Hos.

“Shortly after the initial launch our monthly strategy kicks in, as we introduce great new originals every month throughout the year,” said Kevin Reilly, Chief Content Officer, HBO Max, President, TNT, TBS, and truTV.
 
“We want to provide audiences with a wide-ranging and consistent flow of high-quality programming across all genres,” added Sarah Aubrey, Head of Original Content, HBO Max.“From scripted series and intimate documentaries, to premium animation for kids and adults, to feature length films from teams at the top of their game, our creators bring it all, each with their own unique take, building a slate of originals that is nothing short of amazing.”
