Actor Tom Felton, better known as Harry Potter’s frenemy Draco Malfoy, has challenged his muggle fans on TikTok to give their best impression of his iconic performance in the Harry Potter film franchise. Felton’s character was best known for his disdainful pronunciation of Potter’s last name, which sounded more like “Pottah.”
The actor made a TikTok video to explain the #PottahChallenge. “Ladies and gentleman, muggles, witches and wizards, here you are and welcome to Draco-Tok. We are going to take you on right now, and find out once and for all who is the best in the world at saying the word,” the actor then featured the dueling scene from the film Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, where Malfoy muttered “Potter.”
As dozens of entries tagged with the hashtags #PottahChallenge and #DracoTok on TikTok, Felton reacted and scored many of the videos, including a duet reacting to a toddler’s attempt at the challenge.
The actor also recruited “Malfoy Sr.” Lucious Malfoy played by Jason Isaacs to participate in the challenge, and who brilliantly delivered “Pottah” at different locations besides not quite understanding the concept of the challenge.
