Celebrate a Warming Wonder-filled Winter at Shanghai Disney Resort

Embark on a ‘Wonder-filled Winter’ journey with Mickey and Minnie Mouse at Shanghai Disney Resort this holiday season. A passage through Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Spring Festival together, guests can marvel as the entire resort transforms into a magical winter wonderland, complete with hearty fare, nostalgic goodies, and exciting new experiences for guests of all ages.

Reigniting memories of holidays past, Celebration Square on Mickey Avenue will reveal a new holiday theme as it unwraps one of four giant Christmas gift boxes each week. The Enchanted Storybook Castle will also be “unwrapped” during the new show Unwrap the Wonder: A Christmas Celebration bringing festive designs to life on a grand scale and echoing the theme of the week. A Shanghai Disneyland tradition, each evening during the winter season, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse welcome guests in the Gardens of Imagination for Mickey’s Magical Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Through walkways of magical ice sculptures and festive decorations, the resort awaits guests with a series of heartwarming surprises and celebrations to explore. Guests can find craft stations, food booths, games, a Tree Trail featuring eight Disney character-themed holiday trees, and more holiday-themed activities at Disneytown. Help keep the warm and cozy feelings with iconic Duffy and Mickey gingerbread cookies and more festive treats and authentic fine dining offered at Shanghai Disney Resort.

Following the Christmas winter glow, the wonders of New Year’s Eve will burst into the night sky with extraordinary firework shows dazzling guests in anticipation of the momentous new year.
