Cao Yuchen, a member of The Untamed Boys (T.U.B.S), and renowned Thai artist Esther Supreeleela have released the music video for their duet “If It Ain’t You.” The song depicts the pain of a long-distance relationship where the couple are unable to see each other during the tough times under Covid-19.
The official music video released on May 20 on NSMGroup’s YouTube channel. It was filmed separately in China and Thailand highlighting the longing of wanting to be with someone but are separated.
Cao Yuchen expresses his thoughts on collaborating with Esther on this song under these pandemic circumstances, finding the entire experience very new and thinks it’s an honor to work with an incredibly talented artist like her. He noted that the use of a projector to show footage of one another was particularly memorable.
Previously appointed as the ambassadors of the festival in 2020, T.U.B.S and NSMGroup joined forces again with Tourism Authority of Thailand and Chinese Embassy in Bangkok this year, along with Esther Supreeleela for “If It Ain’t You.” It was also the official theme song for Happy Chinese New Year in Thailand 2021. The collaboration implies a long-lasting friendship between Thailand and China.
