Books-A-Million have announced the return of Book Lovers Season. The season will have a fall lineup which will include spring 2020 releases that were postponed.
“We’re thrilled to launch our second annual Book Lovers Season to share our love of books and reading with customers across the country,” said Kathy Gagliano, EVP, Merchandising. “The stellar fall publishing lineup is jam packed with books that inform, entertain, offer comfort or escape and broaden horizons. From acclaimed authors to new voices, this year’s book list represents a diverse range of genres and interests. There has never been a better time to discover a favorite new book.”
The season launched on August 4 with Books-A-Million’s “Big 4 on 8/4,” boasting releases of the highly anticipated Midnight Sun by Stephenie Meyer, Live Free or Die by Sean Hannity, Caste by Pulitzer Prize winner Isabel Wilkerson and Rowley Jefferson’s Awesome Friendly Adventure by Jeff Kinney.
The season will continue through September with more releases from authors including Nicholas Sparks, John Grisham, and Lee Child, along with highly anticipated nonfiction from authors such as Bob Woodward and Jon Meacham. In the Kids and Young Adult categories, readers of all ages will find lots to love, including titles from Christopher Paolini, Angie Thomas, Dav Pilkey, and LeBron James. Beloved entertainers such as Willie Nelson, Gucci Mane, Dolly Parton, and Jerry Seinfeld also debut new titles this fall.
BAM LIVE Events kicks off Book Lovers Season as Twilight fans can finally celebrate the release of Stephenie Meyers’ title, Midnight Sun. The live event will take place on August 10 at 6 p.m. CST. Registration is now available at crowdcast.io/booksamillion.
The book releases will be available in-store and online.
